Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • In order to secure your date and time agreed upon for your event, a $200 deposit via credit/debit card is required. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event.

  • We show up rain or shine! In the event of severe storms/severe weather conditions resulting in unsafe roads in your area, we will work with you to find another date and time to execute your event.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, subject to availability.  

  • Events that are canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, no refund will be issued.  

  • There are no refunds for services performed.

  • If we are unable (Our Fault) to perform service for any reason a refund will be issued.

  • If you are having your party at a local park or public location, please remember that it is your responsibility to obtain permission to have services at your event. No refunds will be given due to failure to obtain permission and any necessary permits. We are available to help with providing any insurance documentation that they may require.
