Frequently Asked Questions 

Q. Where are you able to setup the trailer for my party?

A. Any flat surface non -sloped area. Any location is fine with us. I.E House, Park, Business Office, ETC. The truck/trailer is approximately 50' long. We ask our customers to reserve as much space as possible to give us plenty of room if we have to parallel park. Our policy is to always park in the street. As a safety precaution, we cannot park in most driveways. We park with our doors facing your house for safety.

Public Park Event: You should contact the city's parks department and clear everything with them first. Often times they will require you to reserve a pavilion and will want to be named on our insurance certificate. You will also want to make sure to arrive at the park early to secure a large enough spot for the truck to park. This is often our biggest delay getting setup.

 

Q. How many children can fit inside the trailer?

A. The trailer can hold 20-25 young children (ages 5-10) & 15-20 adults or teens.

 

Q. How many TVs are there with consoles attached?

A. The trailer is equipped with six 55’ HD LCD TVs. Four are inside, and two are outside of the trailer.

 

Q. Can the system be linked together for a large multiplayer game?

A. Yes, the four Xboxs and 4 PS5s are linked together and can host a large multiplayer game.(max 16)

 

Q. How long do you need to setup the trailer before people can get on?

A. We take about 30 minutes to setup the trailer and get any other party add-ons setup.

 

Q. When planning my party what do you recommend?

A. We at RVGamerZFL recommend you start your party 30 minutes to an hour prior to schedule game time. This will allow your guests to arrive, eat and socialize and not cut into your allotted game time.

 

Q. Are food and drink allowed on the trailer?

A. No, we do not allow any food or drink on the trailer at any time. 

 

Q. Is the trailer handicap accessible?

A. Yes, the rear of the trailer has a fold down ramp.

 

Q. Are there any age restrictions for the trailer?

A. Yes, children age 6 and under need to be accompanied by an adult or older (teenage) sibling.

 

Q. Can children get kicked off the trailer for bad behavior?

A. Yes, we reserve the right to remove anyone off the trailer for bad behavior. I.E. bad language, disrespect to the game coach, throwing remotes, or damaging property.

 

Q. Can we add more time if we want to keep the party going?

A. It depends. The extra addition of time is solely up to the game coach and availability. If you originally booked a 2 hour party, and someone else booked a party after yours, we will not be able to accommodate.

 

Q. How can I pay for my event?

A. You will receive an invoice from one of our game coaches and an online link to pay with a credit or debit card through Stripe.com.

 

Q. If I make a request does that mean I will have that date and time I requested?

A. It depends. As we receive requests, it is a first come first serve basis. If we have an event already booked and paid for at that time we will work with you and let you know what other times for that date are available.

Q. What is your refund/cancellation policy?

A. In order to secure your date and time agreed upon for your event, a $200 deposit via credit/debit card is required. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event. We show up rain or shine! Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, subject to availability.  Events that are canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, no refund will be issued.

 

Q. Do the trailers have air conditioning and heaters?

A. Absolutely! The trailer has an A/C and Heater unit installed.

 

Q. Should I send my invites out before I pay for my party?

A. We recommend you do not do that. We highly recommend you request, get approval, and pay for your date and time prior to sending out invites.

 

Q. In the event the party needs to be canceled what will happen?

A. If the party is cancelled or needs to be postponed, we will hold your payment and work with you on scheduling another date for your event. 

 

Q. It is raining, does that mean the party is off?

A. No, we will coordinate with you and do all we can to accommodate you and your guests. We operate  rain or shine. We will most likely not open the back door of the trailer in the event of rain. 

 

Q. Is everything clean?

A. Absolutely. After every event the game coach will sanitize controllers, high touch surfaces, and seats. We also will have hand sanitizer for all to use prior to entering the trailer.
